Care Line

An information, signposting and support helpdesk covering topics such as benefit applications, home support and housing, carer respite and support for people with long-term conditions like dementia and Parkinson’s.

Signposting for debt, energy and legal issues and help with funeral arrangements and bereavement. Services are provided by staff and Age Concern volunteers.

Clinics are held in Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and South Molton.

Home visits are arranged where needed e.g to complete  benefit application forms.

Phone calls are free of charge, for home visits a booking fee and zone charge applies.
